The Paint room
For years Smittys has been painting automobiles and with the addition of the heated paint room they have perfected their craft.
Large back lot
There is literally room for a fleet of vehicles on the .22 acre, back yard. Fenced and gated access from 2 sides along with lean to storage equates to a solid and sustainable business operation.
Smittys body shop has been a staple of Arco, Idaho since 1960. The 4224 sq ft building has four, 12x12 doors and two bays with a lift and a crane system. There is also a section of the shop that is specifically used for automotive painting. This room is separated from the main work area. The building has an office section, and full living quarters with a bedroom, bathroom, shower, laundry and kitchen facility. The shop is heated with propane and with an ingenious wood heating system. This existing wood system heats the entire shop. The yard contains a large lockable swinging gate, a 440 sq ft canopy that is currently being used as wood storage, a 735 sq ft lean to storage building, and a back gated entrance.
